Join green week!
Together for a more sustainable everyday life! 💚
SiMolde is putting sustainability on the agenda and invites you, as a student, to take part. Green Week takes place throughout week 16, and our goal is to create engagement, awareness, and concrete opportunities for staff and students to make greener choices in their daily lives. Green Week is not just about the environment; it’s about community, creativity, and making small, practical changes that together make a big difference.
So how are we going to do it?
We’re organizing a range of activities in both Molde and Kristiansund. You can find the full program in our activity calendar — but here are some of the highlights:
Has your bike seen better days? Bring it along! We’re setting up a bike repair station in collaboration with Sykkelhuset, where you can get help with small adjustments, chain lubrication, and maintenance tips. Cycling is both environmentally friendly and great for your health! See you on Wednesday 💚 💚

Throughout the week, the campus eatery will offer an extra green menu with a focus on tasty, plant-based options. The goal is to show how easy, affordable, and delicious it can be to choose green without compromising on flavor.

Do you have clothes you no longer wear? Bring them to our clothes swap day and trade them for something “new” — completely free. It’s sustainable, fun, and a great way to give clothes a longer life.
NB: Clothing drop-off is on April 14th, and the actual clothes swap day is April 16th.

Join a social and educational scavenger hunt around campus! We’ve put up 10 different stations in Building A, Building B, and around campus and student housing. If you find a station, scan the QR code and answer the questions in the online form. Below you’ll find a map showing where the different stations are located, and there will also be maps and information at each station.
There will be a prize for the winner (and trust us — you’ll want to win it).
See the images below for even more information.
PS: One of the stations is inside SiMolde, so you can always start with us 🤩
