There are many people working to make the start of your studies as good as possible and who want you to have a good experience. If something unwanted should happen, we have a large team with extensive experience that can help you. If you are unsure who to contact, you can read this guide:
.. I have practical questions related to the opening week. Where should I meet, what should I bring? What is a good idea, and how do I find my way around the city? Your buddy group can help you with practical questions related to your new life as a student and help you get settled.
.. I want to give feedback on something in the start of my studies. Are you not satisfied with your buddies? Do you think something could have been handled better? Has something happened at an event? We want to hear from you so that we can assist!
Contact the opening week here.
.. I want to talk to someone. Our student advisors have confidentiality and have extensive experience talking with students with various challenges. We have our own t-shirts throughout the opening week and are present at many events.
Drop by our premises at the university college (the bookshop) or book an appointment to speak with a student advisor here.
