Order cleaning after student events
The canteen is used for student events in the evenings and weekends. If you have a need for extra cleaning, please remember that this must be ordered at least 1 week prior to the event.
Clearing and cleaning after every event in the evening/weekend on campus
When the canteen is used for student events in the evenings/weekends, it must be tidy and cleared after the event so that the room is ready for cleaning. The cleaners should not have to tidy/clear up after an event.
Clearing means
- All furniture must be put back in place (see drawing showing location)
- All garbage/empty goods must be removed and placed at the designated place
- Tables/benches must be washed over
- The floor should be cleaned with a mop
For events taking place in the evenings on Sunday-Thursday, HiMolde's cleaners will clean the following morning as normal (provided the premises are cleared).
Agreement for the purchase of cleaning after events Friday or Saturday
For events taking place on Friday or Saturday evenings, the premises must be cleaned after the event. This in order to make the premises ready for other users the day after an event. All rooms that have been used, must be cleaned following the event – this also includes corridors and toilets/wardrobes.
SiMolde/the organiser is responsible for cleaning after these events, but by prior arrangements, such cleaning can be purchased from HiMolde's cleaning staff. Booking of cleaning must be done at least 1 week prior to the event.
If the HiMolde's cleaning staff cannot take on the assignment, HiMolde will make equipment available.
Pricing
Price for cleaning following an event Friday or Saturday (canteen/corridor/toilet/walkway on the ground floor) is 1.500 NOK.
For larger spaces, an agreement must be made in regards to the price in each case.
